ASA 106, Advanced Coastal Cruising

Qualified to safely serve as skipper or crew on a sailing vessel between 30 and 50 feet in length, capable of handling coastal and inland waters in any conditions. The "Advanced Coastal Cruising" certification focuses on the skills needed to skipper a boat in more challenging coastal and offshore conditions. Building on previous courses, it emphasizes seamanship, navigation, and boat handling in heavier weather.
